Spicy tuna salad

A quick and easy recipe for a spice tuna salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna in oil
  • 6 - 7 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 sprig Spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 Egg - hard boiled finely chopped
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Drain the oil from the tuna can. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use immediately or keep covered in the fridge for up to a week.
