Here’s a super easy, quick recipe for a spicy tuna salad to put on bread, crackers and to use as a dip. You could even put this on a slice of bread, cover with cheese and heat in the oven or toaster oven for a tuna melt alternative.

Spicy tuna salad
A quick and easy recipe for a spice tuna salad
Ingredients
- 1 can Tuna in oil
- 6 – 7 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 – 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 sprig Spring onion finely chopped
- 1 Egg – hard boiled finely chopped
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Drain the oil from the tuna can. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use immediately or keep covered in the fridge for up to a week.
